Manhattan Maps
I used Adobe Illustrator to create a series of about 20 maps for the Regarding Real Estate website in 2009.
“Blue Lights” Compact Disc Cover
My original type selection, design, and light string illustration commissioned by New York–based musician,
Mary Lyn Maiscott, for her independent CD release.
Foodietoos with Packaging
I created a series of food-themed temporary tattoos along with packaging/labels.
Farmers Market Flyer
This Winter Market flyer was designed using Adobe Illustrator with provided art, logos, and fonts.
“Sunnyside Shines” Logo
I am skillful at choosing and combining typefaces as shown with this logo design I submitted to a contest sponsored by
a neighborhood business improvement district in Queens, New York.
The Nancydraws Shop Craft Show Table
When I set out to sell my artwork, greeting cards, temporary tattoos, and journals at craft fairs,
I put together this cheerful and attractive table display to show off my goods. I enjoyed creating the signage with a combination
of hand-lettering and graphic design. I feel that the display matches my personality and the spirit of my work.
Production Work
The images below show the variety of pages I typically worked with at Vanity Fair.
I did not originate these designs, but I frequently found solutions for the designers and editors to improve the fit of
the text and facilitated compromises when a layout/article had complications so that the editorial process could move forward. I was also
responsible for fine-tuning the designs to department standards, inputting copy editing corrections, and releasing final mechanicals.
