Last night I cooked up a delicious pot of Red Lentil Thai Chili for dinner. It was for nourishment as well as doing my part of a guest blogging swap that I’m participating in with Jean Ciemniecki Mead. I made sketches of some of the ingredients to go along with my post for Jean’s blog, Eat Your Beans: A Vegan Mom Challenge.
